Tomorrow, Za Directors Anna, Jayne and Kate will be heading for South Africa on one of their biannual self-funded trips. The purpose of the trip is to visit and review our Za-funded projects in Nkomazi and take out much-needed supplies.
Thanks to the many very generous donations from the boys of QEH School, Bristol, they will be taking out lots of boys’ clothing which will be distributed during their trip to vulnerable children and orphans. These clothes will supplement all the girls’ clothing that has previously been taken out there! As you can see from the photos, there was lots of work to do sorting and packing the clothes prior to them leaving. In addition to clothes and medical supplies, the Directors are also taking out art materials kindly donated by Cass Art of Bristol and lots of educational games donated by pupils from Yatton Junior School. These will all be given to the facilitators for use in the three After School Clubs.
Many thanks to all these supporters and those who have paid the additional cost of taking eight extra bags out to Nkomazi!
